I’ve been on a little hiatus lately from the site. I have been trying to finish this school semester strong so bare with me here. The summer is near!

I actually really enjoyed Field Mob‘s music but I knew they would not be around for long. I heard that Smoke had a new track but did not really hear too much buzz around it. The way way music is going today a lot of our favorites just can not make the cut. Thank God for the hits Field Mob did make though because lord knows I live for “Sick of Being Lonely” and “So What”.

I mean you can’t compare him to any MC because he has always been in his own lane.  I fell in love with him more when he decided to put my baby Lauryn Hill on this song. So many different messages in this track, it’s definitely an eye opener.This is one of the greatest songs in Hip Hop.

Where my 90′s babies at? I cannot tell you how many times I sung this song in my mirror when I was like 7 or 8. I literally wanted to be those girls and when they made this the Cousin Skeeter show’s theme song, I went nuts. This video makes me miss everything that I loved about the 90′s especially that plum lipstick all the ladies use to wear including my mother. I still do the 90′s head bounce to any 90′s song that I hear.
